Each seat at the rate of its own tier
Seats are counted per person across all of an organization's teams: the same person in three teams uses one seat. Members can join on their own Free account.
Upgrading from Multi credits the unused time. Seats, upgrades and invoices are handled in the Console, under My account › Billing.

Cancel any time
Your access continues until the end of the paid year, with no further charges. Want a different plan? Upgrades apply right away; a downgrade at the end of the period.
One account, one binary
Free is a public build you sign into inside the app. Multi and Team get a codelux file generated for the account; a plan change needs no new download.
Easy updates
When a new version is out, download it and overwrite the old file. Your index, settings and projects are untouched.
